Any figures or ranges on the site are drawn from published program parameters (workers' compensation benefit schedules, trust-fund distribution procedures) and are not a prediction about what any specific claim will recover. What you actually receive depends on facts only a lawyer and the paying authority can assess.

How the lawyer referrals work

When you complete our questionnaire and consent to being matched, we share your information with a Canadian lawyer in our network who handles asbestos and mesothelioma claims. That lawyer will contact you for an initial consultation, which is typically free. Most Canadian asbestos lawyers work on a contingency-fee basis; confirm all fee terms directly with any lawyer you retain.

The lawyer, not us, is professionally responsible for the legal work and for the advice they give. The relationship is between you and the lawyer.

Advertising

We try to keep information accurate and current. Laws, benefit schedules, and trust-fund payment percentages change. Every content page shows a "last reviewed" date.
